Recently bought a Ram 1500 at #1 Automotive Group Natrona Heights. What a great experience. From my first call and throughout the whole process Ronan was a fantastic. He was knowledgeable, with a friendly, no pressure approach. The finance Manager was highly organized and explained all options for us with a clear, quick easy to understand process. I set a follow up service appointment a week later where the service specialist/advisor Gavin made it a seamless quick process with great communication and honest process. They made buying a vehicle an easy comfortable process.

We took our ‘23 Santa Fe in for service due to a check engine light, and stayed in contact with Melissa, a service advisor. Although the job ended up taking longer than originally expected, I appreciated the constant communication through text. This made it easy to receive updates without having to make time for a phone call. I also appreciated the video walkthrough performed by Marquis, the service technician. Darius was very professional and personable. He made sure i knew every detail about my car and explained the process of getting my new car all the way down to my phone app! Excellent service by the team. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them. We were well treated and given great service. We had to come back to complete our sale and our salesman, Brady was off the day we needed to come back. The other team members were also very kind and treated us well.
