What a Phenomenal experience from start to finish! They had the vehicle I was looking for so I called and spoke to Lee (who was amazing) I made the 1.5 hour trip. Lee worked with us and is very personable, he got us where we needed with the help of the sales manager Dave Hull (who was great to meet and deal with) then I was handed off to the finance department and had the pleasure of working with Lucas (who was also friendly and personable) the whole process was quick for buying a car and went seamlessly. The vehicle itself is absolutely beautiful and my wife loves it. A big shout out to #1 Cochran

What a great overall experience with the team at Cochran. They had the vehicle my wife wanted, we made the trip and they made the deal work. They were all very nice and professional the whole time. A Modern Horror Story One Year Later -or- ...Just Another Three Grand Down the Toilet... I bought a vehicle from a #1 Cochran location (Lot#1 see my original review there) last April and it was an unmitigated financial (and customer service) catastrophe. It was such a nightmare that the echoes of those terrible events still reverberate thru my life to this very day. Case in point: When I bought this vehicle it had just passed inspection (by #1 Cochran). A year later when I go to get this thing inspected I can't even find any place that will even inspect it (not inspect and fail... they won't even get into the vehicle). You see there is so much rust damage to the floor pan of the Jeep they won't even look at it. How did #1 Cochran pass it for inspection? I dunno, good question (I guess the floor could have rusted out during the year I owned and drove the Jeep... you know when it WASN'T in the shop). Same question can be applied to them turning off warning lights long enough to sell it (because they all popped back on as soon as I got it off the lot), why I had to get the transmission re-built after a month or two, why smoke poured out from under the hood... How on Earth the loan guy did all the paper work wrong, why it was so hard (impossible really) to communicate with ANYONE from #1 Cochran after they took my dependable car as a trade, after they took my down payment and after they stuck me with a financial timebomb that has affected every aspect of my life, and that I can't figure out how to get out from under... the list goes on. It is hard for me to say that maybe buying a used Jeep from like, the biggest most "respected" car dealership in the area has lead to so many disastrous problems and potential financial ruination. Up to a year ago I might have been reluctant to say that #1 COCHRAN JUST DOESN'T CARE. However, now I know better. To make a long, disgusting, miserable story short... I finally got the floor pan fixed, I finally got the Jeep inspected and guess what? Exhaust (which the sales-lad made a big deal out making sure I knew #1Cochran installed), breaks, rotors, suspension, yadda yadda yadda... Just another $3000 down what I have started calling "The #2 Cochran toilet". A vast and vacuous sucking... never ending money hole. Caused by dishonest, unqualified, unresponsive, liars who work for #1Cochran. If you are considering buying a car from #1 Cochran, I would urge you not to... but you should be very, very cautious. You can't trust their sales people, you can't trust their managers (even if they return your call... which is laughable) you CANNOT trust their service dept, you can't trust their social media people, you can't even trust the people who respond to these reviews. Maybe I'll have a better year. THANKS #2 COCHRAN!

My experience was wonderful with Tim Wills. I always hated going car shopping because I never wanted to deal with the sales person, but Tim did not rush or pressure us into buying a vehicle. He was very nice and considerate. The next time we have to buy a vehicle I will be calling Tim. Thank you.

I have been coming to Cochran for years. I have always been completely satisfied with how they take care of me and my car. I would like to give my service advisor (Clay) a special shoutout. He makes me feel like part of the family. I explains what he is going to do to the car and keeps it running smoothly. I highly recommend this service department.
