I had a great experience purchasing my Jeep from Boardman Ford. Nick was fantastic to work with very easygoing and never pushy throughout the process. Music is important to me and we actually bonded over that. He even shared some ideas for improving the sound system which made the experience feel more personal. During the purchase we noticed the tires were badly cupped and needed replaced. Jason and Joe the service manager, took care of it with no hesitation and had everything handled quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to work with a team that stands behind what they sell and genuinely takes care of their customers. I appreciate the honesty and the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend Boardman Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle
Marc Beckett was my dealer. Great guy, listened to what I was looking for or what I thought I was looking for, lol. He did not pressure or nag me. He was very informative. Great experience at Cochran Ford Boardman. My dad bought a new Ford Maverick and the whole process was smooth. The truck we originally wanted was sold, but they quickly found the exact one he wanted from another dealership and had it ready by Monday. Our salesman, Jeff Handy, was very helpful and even set up FordPass and Apple CarPlay. They also went out of their way to remove our license plate from the trade-in and are mailing it to us. Overall, very easy process and my dad loves the truck—highly recommend!
Love taking my car here. The employees are kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. We wait in a very comfortable room where there is always free coffee or tea. Snacks are available. The car techs are terrific and always get the job done. Great service. I'd give you 10 stars! Thank you, Sandy
