#1 Cochran Ford Butler County

Took my truck for recall, and I had to sit got it 2 hrs, and asked if they could take me to YMCA in between (5 min drive), they were very accommodating, Sherry the front reception was very friendly, went above and beyond her job description, very efficient and competent! Everything was done very well, I will return to Cochran Butler for service! I had to call Baerl Ford numerous times and their AI answers the phone, there is NO Customer service in Zelienople, and I got frustrated with their poor customer care, I called Cochran and they answered their phone right away and had an appointment scheduled!

I've wanted a Maverick since I first seen them . My salesman Cory Milkovich really helped me get the truck I wanted and was great to work with. All the people at Cochran were ba great help. I would deal with them again.

I took my vehicle in for service and used the dealerships “The Works” coupon which in part covered 5 qts of synthetic oil and the filter. My vehicle takes 8 qts of oil, and I was charged for 8 qts and the oil filter. I should only have been charged for 3qts of oil (the difference between 8-5=3) and the filter should have been included in the coupon price. I did not realize the price error until I was home. I called, left a message. No response. Called 4 more times and left a message. No response. I wrote to the dealership with copies of the coupon and my invoice and received a message that my correspondence would be passed onto the service manager. No further response.

I can't say enough good things about Ford Butler. I bought my bronco there and just recently had it serviced they are amazing. Communication, professionalism, and efficiency is right on point. Bobby at the front desk is by far the best service representative I've seen at any company.. highly recommend this place.

I am rating based solely on the service visit this week (previously, I rated them 1 star). Cochran called me proactively to schedule recall sevice and also noticed I was close to needing an oil change. Car was ready early and everything was fine. Bobby even looked up recall info on my dad's car for me.
