Mark the legend! I recently purchased an F-150 from this dealership and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, Mark was absolutely phenomenal. He walked me through every single option available and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting no rushing, no pressure whatsoever. What really stood out was how patient and genuine Mark was throughout the whole process. He never pushed me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with and truly had my best interest in mind. On top of that, he worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and it showed. Buying a truck can feel overwhelming, but Mark made it feel effortless and even enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for Mark — you won’t regret it! 10/10 would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went into #1 Cochran Ford Monroeville on 12/11 to purchase a backup vehicle. I found a 2017 Ford Escape with low mileage (51500). I did wait a little while to sign papers, but that's the way things go. On 12/21/25,I was driving home from the grocery store 2 miles from home and engine overheated. Ididn't know what to do....I remember the sales manager, John C, telling me to call if needed anything. I called the him on 12/22. We spoke on how i couldn't get my newly purchased car back to the dealership. He arranged to have my car towed to the dealership. My car was picked up via flat bed within a few hours. They said they would deal with the warranty company. They repaired my vehicle on 12/23, and returned my car to me (in my driveway). Thank you John C , John T. Thanks Mason M . I will only deal with #1 Cocrahan Ford in Monroeville. I've already referred my friends/colleagues.

I wanted to share my great experience at Ford Monroeville. Everyone made me feel at home walking in. Justin Francis was attentive, dedicated, and positive about my concerns in finding a ranger. It is a hard car to find, but he was on it from day 1 and assisted me the whole way Dedication and care is hard to find at times these days, and he truly encompassed that throughout the experience. Terrible experience. Was told they only do warranty repair work with Ford extended warranties, no third-party. Was told otherwise by three other employees. Then recommended I go ahead and just pay for the work and ask my warranty company to reimburse me. This is the only service center within 100 miles who claims they only only work with Ford extended warranties and that’s it. I’ve talked to three other service centers and none of them have ever heard of such a thing. Do not recommend whatsoever.
