#1 Cochran Honda South Hills

This is regarding my 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid. The tire repair kit sealant canister ruptured again inside the trunk. This is the second time I’ve experienced a failure with the pump/sealant system. The tire repair kit has burst inside the car. Honda has stated the sealant was used one time and therefore not covered under warranty. However, this is a serious concern because it involves the vehicle’s emergency safety equipment. A sealant canister should not rupture and leak inside a new vehicle after minimal or single use. I am requesting Honda to properly inspect and resolve this issue rather than denying coverage. This is a safety-related component and should be treated with priority. I also have photos available for reference. If you are considering a hybrid vehicle, it is worth asking specifically about the air pump and tire sealant system before purchase, as this is an important part of the emergency roadside setup.

I felt like I was being treated like a queen during our time getting our car serviced. They kept me up to date on everything, sent me alerts and progress information as the day went on, AND they even sent me a video from one of the tech's SHOWING me the damages in the car and what needed fixed/recommendations. I was floored. I'm never taking our car anywhere else and I'm gonna be a Honda girly for life!

We were working with a Sales Person, James to purchase a pre-owned Civic. We drove to the dealership TWICE which is over a 1.5hrs each time. The first visit we were told the car wasn't ready to drive. The second time we drove the Civic and then were told it still needed to go for service. Then, we contacted James several times over the course of the week (and weekend) to be told the car was (1) in the shop, (2) waiting on parts, and then finally today (3) that the car had been sold. There was NO WAY this man did not know we wanted this car! Two long visits, constant communication, and phone calls. This is awful service and I can assure you we WILL NOT be coming back.

Great experience and friendly staff. Jeremy took excellent care of me and was super friendly. Bought a used car and it had some minor cosmetics issues, Jeremy handled everything that I wanted done on it before I signed the papers.
