I have owned many high end vehicles and this was the best service experience I have ever had. I was immediately greeted, checked in and given a Lyft to work. A few hours later I received a video of the inspection and another link for a Lyft to return to pick up my car. They were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to others. Thank you for a great experience.

All I can say is great customer service. In need of a car I found one I liked at this dealership, and from first contact with Richard, my salesman, he went above and beyond. He sent me personalized videos of the car, and answered all questions I may have had. The experience only got better when I made it out there. Richard and Devin (financing) made it a quick and painless process finding the best rate and package that best fit my lifestyle and wallet. Great job!

I bought my vehicle at the Monroeville location and they were fantastic. Their service dept was great. This one was not. I took my car in for a Friday appt . They were to do the 7500 mile service and replace a side mirror. The service was completed in a timely manner but they had to order the mirror. No problem. I work from home and didn’t want to drive without a side mirror so I opted to leave my car there. They said expect it mid week. They NEVER called me again. I attempted to reach them the following Wednesday to check on the status . I left multiple messages through Friday. Still NOTHING. No return call no call when they got the part in. Nothing. I finally was going to just show up Saturday when I was finally able to connect with a human in parts. He was very nice said that they didn’t really know what the “deal was” with my car and assumed there was no rush. They had the mirror in and painted just never installed it. They were able to complete installation the following Monday and I picked it up then. The mirror also appears to be a different smaller soze than the drivers side. I truly don’t know if it’s supposed to be. So I called yesterday. He took my name and number and still hasn’t called me back. This is getting very frustrating

It was very easy to set up an appointment to have my vehicle serviced at the location. Once I was there, I met James who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in general. He took the time to explain the process, pricing and make recommendations based on the needs of the vehicle. The location itself was clean, comfortable and inviting. While there were sales staff around, I was not chased down and pressured to purchase another vehicle (which is the experience I constantly had with my old dealership). Overall I am very pleased with the service received and this dealership and look forward to making this my go-to place for service.

Your customer service is absolutely horrible. I just got an engine replaced whole time. No updates nothing I called probably 6 to 10 times left messages with managers whoever I could no callbacks just for an update. Nothing the service guy that had my case. I guess he went on vacation or something didn’t know you would think they would pass it off to someone else to handle it. No luckily Hyundai gave me a free engine under #Warranty or I would never step foot in that place and I got my car back dirtier than when it went in. Cool thought it was a professional establishment
