Of all of the vehicles we have purchased over the years, this was by far the best experience we have ever had. We knew what we wanted when we went in. We came here because they had the vehicle we wanted and Ronnie helped us every step of the way. Thanks Ronnie for coming in on your day off to assist us. Had a great experience buying my new K4 Hatchback. I worked with Ronnie Washington who was great with communication and response times. I was able to get all the information needed to make the transaction as smooth as possible prior to coming in to pick up the car. All and all once at the shop it took only 1-2 hours. Pricing was clear and transparent and they worked with me to agree on a fair price.

Jeff from the sales team was extremely helpful. Both of his assistants that we worked with throughout the process were knowledgeable and kind. Jeff answered all of our questions, showed us what they had on the lot, and then found the model and color we wanted from another dealership. He had in at the location within 3 days. This was the easiest car buying experience we have had.

This is the second #1 Cochran dealership that I have worked with to lease a car. At this point, I do not consider going to any other dealership. From the moment I walked in, it felt like a calm space. I met with Ron my first day when I was simply browsing my end of lease options. I was weighing the pros and cons of leasing new or buying used since my family was expanding. Ron was very transparent and honest when I asked his opinion, and I felt he really understood my situation and thought thoroughly as to what my best option would be. A few days later, when I returned to test drive a few vehicles, Katie was extremely helpful and engaging in the test drive. With us both being parents, she was well aware what vehicle features I would utilize more than others. When it came time for paperwork, Katie was great and patient working with me. She was very organized and efficient. She showed me the ins and outs of the Kia app, helped me submit my credit application, and reassured me that if there was anything I would need or a if I had a question, she was a call or text away. All in all, I felt so welcomed and heard. It was the best car buying/leasing experience.
