Jim Adams and his team made the entire dealership experience easy, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured at any point in the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept everything transparent, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. Buying a car can be stressful, but the professionalism and friendly attitude at Cochran Subaru made it a great experience from start to finish. I had a great experience at Butler Subaru. I brought my car in for 30000 check up since my warranty will expire soon. Yes. It was pricy but they replaced ball joints and rotors so I feel I will be driving around safely for some time. I put a lot of mileage on my car so this is important. They gave me a loaner while my car was there and everything went smooth as silk.

Ok, hear me out. Nobody likes to go to a dealership. I have yet to meet someone who does. Trust me when I tell you, that this dealership is a cut above the rest. From the moment we pulled in just to test drive, the salesman, Mike, was friendly and NOT pushy at all. That poor man ran around in the cold and drizzle, grabbing keys for anything I wanted to drive and answered all my questions. At no point was there even a little nudge, let alone a push. I fell in love with a new Subaru Forester and decided, this is it. Not only did he get me the color I wanted from another dealership but he was so patient and kind through it all. The manager, also Mike, was stellar. We told them what we wanted to pay out the door. They came back with $2,000” UNDER what we said we would pay. Like what?! We said deal. They said they’d pick up the car on Monday (this was Saturday) and that I could pick it up today (Tuesday) at 5. No money down was needed. We were told “ we trust you”. Again, what?! Anyhow, we showed up tonight to get it and were in and out in an hour. Mike was great, and the guy who did our paperwork (I forget his name), was equally as fantastic! Seriously, if you’re in the market for a new or used SUV, you will NOT be disappointed with Cochran Subaru of Butler. Thank you, gentleman, for making this experience so pleasant! I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek at this dealership. Having purchased a few new vehicles before i went into this dealership expecting the same uncomfortable experience i have had previously. I met with Ty Honzo and was immediately pleased with his no pressure, no hassle approach. I purchased the vehicle i wanted at a price i was willing to pay and also received a fair price for my trade. I recommend Ty and this dealership if you are shopping for a Subaru.

Logan Kirkland is an amazing salesman! A family member has had the pleasure of working with him to buy several vehicles, and he was super happy to lend a hand with my Ford purchase through the Cochran family of dealerships.
