#1 Cochran Subaru Monroeville

The experience was great from start to finish! After looking a vehicles online for a few days, I found a car that I liked at Cochran. Steve promptly reached out to me by phone and text inviting me to stop in to take a look at it. So we did! What mostly impressed me about Steve is his incredible knowledge of the product he’s selling. That is so important. He was truly an expert. Also, there was no pressure whatsoever… much appreciated. Steve was funny, respectful, friendly, kind and thoughtful. He even introduced us to Richard (long time employee) when Steve realized my husband was a Vietnam vet. And we loved Richard. The test drive was a blast when we came back the next day to make the purchase- Steve was again a wealth of knowledge on every gizmo and gadget. Even the paperwork was a breeze. So impressed by the entire crew. Shout out to the terrific folks handling the paperwork! This is my 3rd vehicle from Cochran, and it’s good to be back 💕

He took the time to understand what I was looking for and found me a car that fit all my needs at an affordable price. I also really appreciated that he followed up a few days after the purchase to make sure everything was going well. After 15 years of driving, I can safely say that Cochran Subaru Monoreville has been in my top 2 experiences when dealing with car sales and auto services. I have delt with other salespeople (at other dealership brands) that have been pushy, don't know about their product, and were not flexible with making a deal. At this Cochran Subaru, they are incredible at making me forget about those past interactions with their knowledgeable insight into the Subaru brand, what my car needs, helped me get a good deal for a trade-in and remind my family when services are required without being intrusive. 10/10 if I buy a car again its more than mostly likely I'll buy it from here.
