BEWARE! This dealership advertises that the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees (aside from taxes and DMV fees, of course). Before driving 40 minutes, I spoke with Mary, who confirmed that the advertised price was the price customers pay. At no point did she mention any bidding process. When I arrived, the vehicle I came to see wouldn’t even start. I was surprised that a car scheduled for a customer appointment hadn’t even been prepared. The biggest issue came afterward. I was told the advertised price wasn’t actually the purchase price. It was actually the starting bid. To buy the car at that price, I’d have to compete against other buyers in a bidding process that could last up to 45 days. If I wanted the vehicle immediately, I’d have to pay the much higher MSRP. That information should be clearly disclosed before customers make the trip to the dealership. Advertising one price without explaining that it’s only a starting bid is misleading. I left feeling like I had wasted my time. Based on my experience, I’d recommend shopping at a manufacturer dealership instead, where the pricing is typically more transparent and the buying experience is much more straightforward.

I love the Porsche I bought — but the experience behind it has left me questioning whether the dealership was honest, transparent, or ethical. And that’s not a feeling anyone should have when purchasing a luxury vehicle. I actually walked out the first time because things didn’t feel right. I only came back because I had already driven three hours and genuinely needed an SUV that day. I even called a friend who works in the car business, and his immediate reaction was that my trade-in value was “somewhat of a rip-off.” He told me to move forward only if the financing landed exactly where it needed to — which thankfully it did. But there were many red flags: • The car was listed far below market price online, yet the actual cost ended up being about 30% higher than advertised. Technically it’s covered in the website terms and conditions, but in practice it does not feel ethical or transparent. • Several online reviews warned buyers to get a diagnostics report because the advertised price often doesn’t match reality. After going through the same thing myself, I completely agree. • The wait to get into the finance office was unreasonably long, even though we submitted the verification application the day before and clearly stated we’d be taking the car home within 24 hours. • Small requests weren’t honored — like asking for a full tank of gas upon delivery. • The biggest concern: I was told the brakes were new and the vehicle passed inspection, yet the brakes sound terrible and other issues have already appeared. When I shared my concerns, I was simply told to “bring it back,” despite living three hours away. For anyone considering buying here: do your research and absolutely get a full diagnostics report before signing anything. Many reviews say the same thing, and now I understand why. I don’t believe my trade-in value was fair, the follow-through was not at a VIP level, and the communication was inconsistent at best. We actually bought a second car yesterday — and had this experience been what it should’ve been, we would have purchased it here as well. I’m now taking the Porsche to an actual Porsche dealership for a full inspection. If the inspection confirms that the required work was truly done, I will update this review. I have no interest in hurting a business based on assumptions. But right now, the facts aren’t clear — and word-of-mouth assurances mean nothing when you’re buying a Porsche. Bottom line: I love the car. I just wish the honesty and transparency matched the brand — because at this moment, I’m uncertain.

I must say my car buying experience couldn’t be easier. I just came to look today but after meeting Rafin and Jose I was sold.
