321 Auto Sales

Had a engine shipped (after 1 month) to NC. Arrived upside down (1 nylon strap holding engine to pallet - fell off). Engine had water inside heads and cylinders, so rusted. Was promised a replacement comparable 137000 mile engine, after repeated calls over weeks finally recieved the worst, most corroded engine I had ever seen. Looked like it had been sitting out in the rain for years. There was layers of old oil and corrosion. Could not use and need to just dispose of it for scrap. RIPPED -OFF. Owner must have laughed as they paid to ship me this junk as a replacement. $600 gone. NEVER use these people!

Great service, the man working loaded my transfer case into my car for me! and got me a new badge for my front grill. I had been looking for 9 months, only charged me $10 for it as well, the money I saved in the parts costs paid for the drive from Johnson city TN if I lived closer I would use them exclusively for my parts from now on

Bought truck drove that have to replace the engine said miles were 1 thing come find out left off about 25000 more miles. Back windshield wiper glued on fell off when washed truck. Don't know how they hid check engine light. Soon got back 2 hr drive dash lit up like Christmas lights so disappointed thanks crooks

Just found this place and bought a truck bed from them. Got a fair price and they seemed to appreciate my business will definitely keep this place on my speed dial for parts when needed. If you are looking for parts check this place out first.

Really don't even want to give this place one star. Bought a transmission from them, got it installed, it wasn't any good, so call back, ask what they'll do about replacing it, and the only thing I get is, "Sorry, we can't help you". Seems to be such a great business. NOT.
