Took my car in for service and was extremely happy with the experience from start to finish. After a frustrating experience at another location regarding issues with my car, it was refreshing to feel genuinely heard and understood. A huge thank you to Adrianna and Nick! They took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated since I don't know much about car mechanics. They made sure I understood what the issue was and what needed to be done. Parts came in fast, work was also done very fast and efficient. Terrible place to get you car serviced. They don't care about fixing problems. They just want your money. Also they keep stuff from you. Like telling you its a 174 dollar diagnostic fee.. then charge you 174 for each light on the dash. They wanted over $1000 to fix my brake booster pump.. I got one for $300 new and install it in 5 minutes.... air suspension was leaking. I told them light came on. They cleared code, said everything good while charging 174 again for that. Light came back on in 2 days. I check the commen spots. Found leak on elbow on the front suspension..... I originally thought i still had warranty on car. Turns out I didn't... charged over 500 just to clear codes. Fixed everything myself for $380 and 20 minutes. Also not the first time this dealer acted shady. But anyway. If you want to get ripped off and over charged, this is the place to go.
