Not happy with my experience here. 100% would not recommend, would actually recommend you don’t waste your gas driving here. They are not a customer focused business, instead will get you into a losing situation that you cannot get out of easily to keep their business running. They do not finance themselves. Their ad will tell you they have over 4000 cars but not specify those are all brand new cars still depreciating heavily. I came in for a 6-8 year old vehicle with up to 6 k to put down, simply looking for a small loan and was told the banks would not finance/they don’t have a vehicle under 25k or more than a few years old at less than 17% interest, and even offered options with 0 down at that interest rate. I mentioned before anything I had a co-sign if interest rate would be a problem but they chose to proceed anyway. 4 times, without my cosign, knowing they are making hard inquiries on my credit. All this without even agreeing on a vehicle. Just a reminder on these loans you are paying interest towards your unpaid principal amount. That can be $200+ a month for just interest payments, not actual car payments. I was very specific about what I was looking for, instead of being told it was not available in their lot and letting me go on my way they tell me let’s look at finances first. I left here with 4 hard inquiries and 0 good deals. I went to a real dealership and got exactly what I was asking for. They are also far from professional. No official printed documents present the entire appointment, only blank pages from the printer with scribbled notes and drawings. This was including their management, a young girl. The whole time they avoided giving the total prices of these vehicles and interest rates in official writing. I had to ask afterwards for someone to fill in the missing info. Staff was also gossiping while we were in the office right next door. One of their reps even saying loudly “well who’s gonna take the blame for this one”.. be for real. I had a great co-sign who has a very very comprehensive credit history + multiple rental incomes the whole time. Stay far away.
