I just wanted to thank the crew over at McGovern Jeep in Acton. First off, Ben Harr, who found exactly what I was looking for. And Jordan, who finished up with the financing. Scheduled my first oil change by text, showed up at appointed time and was in and out within 30 minutes of arriving. They even washed my truck. Thank you all at the service department at 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Excellent job.

Called for warranty work I sadly had to speak to someone named Reyes who thinks it’s acceptable to speak to customers with disrespect and tell them he will be there until five and to “pull up” luckily for him some people have profession in life it’s sad to know people like him are dealing with customer service. I really hope the dealership will let him go because personally I know I’m not the only person who has had a bad experience with just him. He speaks to customers like they are stupid and don’t know what they are talking about, he tried telling me my car wasn’t still under warranty because it’s a 2021 and I told him I have a seven year warranty he sat there and laughed as if I was wrong or maybe he just doesn’t know simple math this is not the first time we have had problems trying to have warranty work done at this dealership after purchasing a brand new vehicle from them and it’s been nothing but problems

RJ was great and very professional! Great staff, made the buying process easy. Would definitely recommend this dealership. The general manager Shah helped me build my perfect truck and ordering was a breeze. Shout out to Cody as well, very professional and personable.
