The sales team is fantastic. Erik deserves a standing ovation for walking me through my car like a proud tour guide — every feature, every button, every option available. By the time he was done, I felt like I could host my own infomercial. And when it came to the extended warranty, Sami was the MVP of details. Knowledgeable, thorough, and patient — she made sure I understood everything without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish. Had a great experience here. Erik was my salesman and he did a phenomenal job. He was my main contact and let me know when the vehicle I was looking at was ready to test drive and eventually purchase. Erik was the only salesman to greet me outside and ready to help me. He also removed all the previous owners stickers off the vehicle for me.

This got to be one of the far worse experiences I had in a dealership. I called them early in the morning to ask about one of their cars. They said that the car is all good to go, and mind you, I asked her if the car has been serviced. She said that it has been serviced and inspected, and they told me that they will have it out for me at the time of my appointment. I drove 2 hours to check the vehicle. I pull in, and they tell me that the car has not been serviced and you cannot drive the car. I talked to the manager,Robert. He says that he sells cars to people, without letting people inspect the car. Just please go down to a better dealer and spend a couple of extra dollars and get good service. Hopefully, the friend from corporate can jump in to this and take a good look at this dealership.

Worked with Erik Johnstone and he was very easy to communicate with and straightforward. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly. Hardest part was trying to find in the time to test drive a few different cars but Erik had them ready to go so I could pop over on my lunch break. Pretty good experience overall buying a used car here.

Salesperson Carey Chitwood was an excellent. Greeted my husband and I with good handshake. Asked what we wanted and did his best to get what was requested. Would recommend him to my family and friends.
