I went by two weeks ago to ask about a dodge charger vin: 2C3CDXCT9HH623628 and once I got there, they told me that the car already had a deposit on it, then I went back online a week ago in the car was still there so I went back that same day and the car was available but when I told them they told me it was a deposit on the car so I couldn’t get it the first time they told me I was wrong. Yesterday I went back to try to buy the car cash and a lady told me that the car it was sold and already had a deposit on it from weeks ago. But when I call back later that day, someone told me they didn’t know what I was talking about another car with available. Seems like they just didn’t want to sell me the car because I thought I couldn’t afford it off my looks or something else.

There is an incompetent woman calling my husband's phone regarding a car that we have never purchased nor have any knowledge of. When he informed her of this, she chuckled sardonically as if to imply that he was lying. When he tried to call back to speak to a manager to address her unprofessionalism and clarify why they had his name on their records, she hung up (multiple times) until finally blocking his number. I can't imagine why anyone would want to do business with them when they can't manage simple phone conversations.
