9th Street Auto Plaza

I drove from out of state to purchase a vehicle from 9th Street Autoplaza. 204 miles one way. Forgot the time difference and arrived 1 hr early to the dealership. Ryan and his staff came in to work early that day so that I could purchase and get back home. Purchased a 2006 300 SRT 8. This is a 20 year old car that is impressive by nature. Ryan's video walkaround was a great way for me to see the vehicle details. After purchase communications were on point too.

Bought a 2004 sequoia from this dealership. They were very easy to deal with. The secretary was very sweet and personable We appreciated the pictures and free carfax to make a decision. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Buying any used vehicle comes with a risk. Know what your getting before you make a purchase. We knowingly bought a 14 year old vehicle without a warranty. If anything goes wrong with it that's on my end. Ive bought 20 year old vehicles from dealerships as well. Do your research. 😊 Thank you for selling us a great family vehicle.

I researched and found the car that fit all of my needs at a local auto dealership. When purchasing the car there was a light on the dash. I asked about the light and was told it was no big deal two times. 37 days later the car would not start. I again called the dealership and was told that they had changed the door handle out on the car and that was what was wrong. Obviously the door handle is not going to cause the car not to start. They knew that and I knew that. If you are looking for a small town ethics, Don't look here. I now have a $16,000 yard ornament and I'm driving a car with almost 300,000 mi on it. I can only assume they knew about this problem since they blew me off when I asked about it. Not very nice at all.

The car was exactly as described and the price was better than expected. The people working there are extremely nice friendly 🤠 and professional. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great deal and price
