Didn’t have this Jeep but two or three weeks, the clutch went out in the keep. I call no one would ever answer the phone’s ,and when I came to A-1 they were playing dominoes. The owner and the other guy told me that the owner wasn’t in. They put the truck in the shop but wouldn’t tell me wish shop.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The car we purchased was advertised as the top end package, but was actually the base model. We messaged and asked to confirm if the model had a specific feature and were told yes, only to get it all the way back home to discover the feature was missing. The ad was inaccurate/deceptive and the individual we were dealing with outright lied to us. If he had simply told us the truth, it would have saved us a 13 hour round trip and a lot of frustration. Now we have to wait to get the title and will probably be putting it up for sale immediately all because someone couldn't just be truthful.

My fiancé and I definitely had a great experience here. Ms. Joan made sure that we left with a safe and durable family car when originally we came for a vehicle that was old and unsafe for my toddler. She obviously cares about her customers and has a great heart so I really appreciate the help and would recommend to anyone.
