A. Crivelli Subaru

I first stopped by Crivelli Subaru back in June to look at Crosstreks and met with Joe. I showed interest but didn’t buy that day, and he wasn’t pushy at all—which I really appreciated. Recently, I reached back out to Joe, went in to see the Crosstrek I wanted, and ended up purchasing it. This is my third Subaru, and hands down this was the best sales experience I’ve had. Joe made the entire process smooth and straightforward. I received the Subaru Guaranteed Trade-In Value, paid $2,000 under MSRP, and secured 1.9% financing for 72 months. I’m used to dealing with much larger dealerships, but this experience was far better than any of them. Highly recommend Joe and the team at Crivelli Subaru.

Denise was very informative very helpful very polite just an all-around delight absolute delight and I think you should give her a big old fat raise cuz she's just wonderful and we love her my sister and I so that's all I have to say give her a raise cuz I like her she was a real help.

car broke down on the highway and was towed here, they were able to diagnose the issue and contact my local dealership to arrange transportation and repair and were also willing to provide a loaner car while mine is in the shop in a completely different city. very much appreciate their service and help

Had a great experience buying a car from A Crivelli and Joe Hawthorne!

Had a drivers side window replaced 4 months ago there and it fell in the door and cracked 4 months later was told they wouldn't cover it.. they just installed window and never checked if it had faulty parts thus causing it to fall through the door and crack.. ask the manager why wasn't everything checked over before installing window and he basically says sometimes we miss things.. smh what.. isn't that your job to checked and make sure everything is OK before installing a new window.. so now I suck paying for a new window again in less than 4 months...
