Service staff was professional and pleasant. Kept me informed about what was happening with my truck. Repaired my truck using the extended warranty and called about other issues found not covered by warranty with information about what needed attention with a cost. Overall a very good experience.

I've been a customer for more years than I can count, but I'm debating going back. I went for an oil change in the Jeep, OIL CHANGE only. I declined a tire rotation. They said they did the oil change, tire rotation and a recall service. Get home and look at my bill, I was charged for a rotation that I specifically declined. Called back and sure enough, their notes said NO TIRE ROTATION. I pulled my last bill - same thing. I'm not sure what NO means anymore. Apparently you just get charged for what they feel inclined to service despite your specific request. So I'll get a credit next time. Pfft - I don't think there will be a next time. The sun is finally out so we get to see this little surprise, old sticker residue and a greasy hand/arm print on the windshield. The extra effort to be as dirty as possible is appreciated.🙄

The employees are the best. I couldn't have asked for better people. Nadine helped me with my Jeep. Best sales person ever. She helped me but left the ideas up to me, and then they found the vehicle that I wanted.everyone were awesome.
