Around 45 days ago I bought a used 2021 Ford Raptor. Today it needs thousands to fix it. Every month it has had to go back to the shop. Found damaged electrical modules and after digging the wiring harness was chewed by animals.... im now reasonable for it all. ❌❌Do Not Buy a car From Aaron Ford❌❌ I went to Ford Escondido and saw their advertisement for a 2021 Tesla Model 3 clearly listed with a 273-mile range. When we arrived at the dealership, we specifically asked about the range again, and we were verbally confirmed that the vehicle had a 273-mile range. After completing the purchase and finalizing all paperwork, we discovered that the vehicle only achieves approximately 210 miles on a full charge. This is a significant misrepresentation of the vehicle’s actual performance and range. In addition, we were sold a warranty at the time of purchase that we later discovered Tesla does not accept. We were not informed of this incompatibility during the sale, despite the fact that it appears the dealership was aware of it. Within 5–6 days of the purchase, once these issues became clear, we immediately requested cancellation of the warranty. It has now been 6 weeks, and the cancellation has still not been processed. There has been no resolution or meaningful action taken. Communication has been completely unacceptable. The dealership does not respond to phone calls, voicemail messages, texts, or written requests. When the finance department does respond, the communication is consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. There is a clear pattern of strong customer service before the sale, followed by complete neglect and disregard immediately after the transaction is completed. This raises serious concerns about misrepresentation and business practices. Be careful
