Mr. Bill said i would leave happy if i came by and looked at the car i have been eyeballing for years…. Ive wanted a blue toyota corolla for a very long time. I had two engines blow on me last year so it was really important to me to have something that still had a warranty on it, as a single woman without any family or friends… even though the payment was a little overwhelming for me… and i still owe money on one of the cars i cant drive. It has just been me and God the last 10 years of my life. I feel like i saw him again coming to this dealership and leaving with exactly what i was hoping for.. exactly what i wanted . Actually , more. even if my payment is higher than i felt comfortable with. For $50 more than i was comfortable with every month, i have exactly what i wanted. What a blessing and privilege to have this car. I give glory to God for the outcome of my visit to this dealership. And also want to thank Mr. Bill and Joey. Mr. Bill is what drew me to come into the store…. And Joey made me feel comfortable and genuinely looked to help me. I also really appreciate Mr. Tommy. I visited Aaron Ford to pick up some parts for my 2000 Ford F-250 7.3 diesel. The individual helping me was Chelsea. She was very polite professional and knowledgeable. With some research she found the correct parts and got me on the road. Thank you chelsea. If you get a chance drop by and check out the red Mustang Shelby that they have on the showroom floor supercharged with over 800 horsepower. An incredible vehicle.

Dropped off my truck for service with Nick and absolute 5/5 overall with Nick and Lake Elsinore Ford. Great service writer thats very honest and friendly. Kept me updated, got me squared away with routine service, a recall, and a warranty claim all within the same day. Shuttle and Uber service is offered with the dealer. Service done quickly and parts ordered - brought in the next day for my warranty. All of the staff I interacted have great customer service and a positive experience/interaction!

I came in for a recall service. I opted for the car pickup service, the whole experience was super easy. The driver picked up my vehicle on time, I was notified when it arrived at the dealership and when it was popped into the queue. I received a quick call with the results of the inspection and notified when the recall was complete. The team communicated with me at every level, and returned my car to my home quickly. Leaps and bounds over the other dealership nearby. I will be returning.

The valet service is amazing. Had my car picked up and dropped off in Murrieta. Aaron Ford of a lake Elsinore handled my oil change which was less expensive than some other local places. Jasmine was incredible! Kept me informed throughout the process. I will absolutely get all my services done on my new Bronco here! Oh and the delivery guys dropped it off with a fresh wash! Super kind and professional.
