Abbotsford - Chrysler

Had an oil change done on my 2019 Ram 1500 . Dropped off my truck the evening prior , picked it up 1 day after the service. Paid the bill, walked across the lot to the parking spot, open my hood to do a check and found the oil dipstick sticking out, it was. half way out. Walk back inside to inform the service writer /CSR, he came out...goes back in ....speaks with management and apologizes. Short of the story is, no management came out, I paid the bill....but that if I drove off that lot shortly I was out pocket for a 5.7 hemi engine. A manger should have come out and aknowledged the situation, but that was not the case. Abby Chrysler/Dodge was more so for the payment of the service and not for quality of the service and on the clients dime and for reoccurring business for a new engine in install soon. Was assured it was a senior tech, we pay good money for service but there is no quality control check? Leads me to say ... I have had better service at Mr Lube South Faser way! Service done right there and then...before your eyes and cheaper too! Ensure you do pop open that hood and do a check to ensure you are safe and don't get burned shortly after. Check it all over onsite, you are on camera, take pics too for proof.

I'm greatly appreciative of the service department at Abbotsford Chrysler. Andrea was courteous and professional with helping me organize and schedule my maintenance. Mike Gemelas is the best person to deal with when it comes to knowing what is recommended for future services that my Jeep will need. He gives me full peace of mind that I am being properly taken care off. Also love the video that the technician provided to show what has been completed and any future recommendations. 10/10 would recommend, I also get my other vehicle serviced here that is not part of their brand and they are still able to take care of my vehicles which makes it super easy! One stop shop with top notch service!

From start to finish our experience with Abbotsford Chrysler was excellent. We dealt with Ray Guleria. Being from out of town we communicated through text and email. Ray provided videos and answered our many questions regarding the used vehicle we were interested in. When we were able to go to the dealership from Kamloops we were made to feel very comfortable by all staff. Our purchase was smooth and we felt respected and not taken advantage of. They had a huge bow placed on the car and took photos. The manager Sean also made a point of congratulating us prior to leaving. We have had the vehicle for just over two weeks and have had a follow up call from their service department as well as calls and emails from Ray to be sure we are happy with our purchase. We would definitely highly recommend this dealership and we would return for any future purchases.
