Brandon in sales was superb! He helped me segwey seamlessly into my new car after having an accident in my old vehicle. We weren’t expecting to need to get a vehicle so soon. New Update March 25, 2026 While driving it home I noticed two big rock chips on the windshield. I took it to speedy glass and they showed me 3 extra rock chips on the edge of the windshield. And the rocks hit the paint as well since there is rust on the body next to the damaged windshield. ICBC wouldn't approve my claim to get the windshield replaced and told me the dealership should have had it done since the damage happened before I purchased it. I didn't notice the rock chips while I was test driving it, it was raining on that day. So I had to pay for a brand new windshield plus install, out of my own pocket. I don't know how the dealership could have missed the damaged windshield since they told me it went through 100+ point inspection. I feel kind of ripped off 🥺 Update March 24, 2026: Finalized the process and I am extremely happy with with my purchase. The staff at Abbotsford Hyundai are efficient and professional. The insurance person gave a lot of information as well. They have a lot of selections at this dealership. Definitely worth a look if you're in need of a new or used vehicle. ~~~~~~~ The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I just put a down payment for a vehicle. And the sale staff and manager was helpful. Also the finance person was informative. Looking forward to proceeding with the purchase.
