D’mon made us feel right at home and took his time making sure I got what I really wanted. He is a true gem to have. Great customer service and really listened to what I wanted and made sure it happened. Trent in your parts department was also a big help with ordering the floor mats I wanted and making sure my points went across to the “My Chevy” app. It really was a breath of fresh air with your dealership and not feeling like I walked out the door just another number. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Abernethy Chevrolet and especially Mitchell. He custom ordered a Tahoe for me that arrived in less than two months! Being from South Carolina, I was worried about the logistics of getting my new car, but Mitchell assured me that he would hand deliver it to where ever it needed to go. I am visiting family here in Stanley N Carolina. I am from Illinois and my check engine light came on while driving here. I contacted Abernathy Chevrolet in Lincolnton when I arrived in town and Jessica got me in right away and they fixed the issue. The next week another check engine light came on and Jessica once again got me on the schedule. Michael keep in communication with me by text messages letting me know the progress of the repairs and Jessica notified me when the car was ready. They were very professional and friendly.
