Bought a new Ventura and couldn’t be more pleased. It’s so much fun to drive. Perfect for my large family. There’s 9 of us.

Picked up a Ventura the other day to haul my folks cross country, have had no issues. Had a personal mechanic of mine look through it and it was in great condition. Customer service was excellent, would 110% buy from them again!

We purchased a bus for a family camping trip and it was quick easy service. The buses were in amazing shape and all amenities were properly advertised. Best buses in town!

I purchased two buses from Absolute Bus Sales and paid $20K cash for each. I own a martial arts school with a large After School and Summer Camp. I've purchased 12 buses, since being in business, and have probably test driven over 50 to get the 12. I'm no stranger to buses! I live in Summerville, SC and went to pick up the first bus with a friend. I didn't get two miles down the road before it broke down on me. I had to have it towed back to them and they guaranteed they'd fix it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and headed back home. When the second bus was ready to be picked up, after paint job, I drove up and picked it up. I was able to drive that one home, but wouldn't you know it, as soon as I went to use it to pick up kids from school, it broke down on me as well. They refused to reimburse my mechanic down here and only honored the "warranty" if their mechanic worked on it. So, I had to pay A LOT of money to have it towed back to Lumberton (2.5-3 hrs away). They said the first bus was fixed and ready to go. I had my tow truck driver back haul the first bus when he dropped off the 2nd bus. When I went to use it, it only lasted 2 days. On the third day of running routes to pick kids up from school, it broke down again. At this point, I was LIVID!! I've got a business to run, just dropped $40K cash with them and didn't have ONE bus that worked. Not knowing the "Lemon Law" in NC, nor the luxury of fighting a case in NC, 3 hours away, I felt I had no choice but to accept their offer to reimburse me $20K for one of the buses. They offered this, because their mechanic couldn't figure out how to get the bus they still had cranked and remain running. I had to sit on the bus I still had for a year, before I could afford the $12K it took to get it running right. SO MANY ISSUES!! I'm a little upset I have to give 1 star; there should be a choice for zero stars. If you're thinking about doing business with ABSOLUTE BUS SALES, run! RUN LIKE WATER THROUGH A MEXICAN TOURIST! I'm still trying to financially recover from my dealings with them. I'll be more than happy to speak with anyone who has questions about my nightmare of an experience.
