Achilles Mazda of Milton

I recently had my Mazda CX-90 serviced at my local Mazda in Milton, and it was a fantastic experience. My service advisor, JP, was outstanding. From the start, he was friendly, honest, and transparent. He told me the car would be ready by 5 p.m., and at 4:58, he handed me the keys. No pushy upselling, just honest feedback that my car was in great shape. They even sent me a video of my car’s condition and a comprehensive safety check, though I only came in for an oil change and tire swap. The whole process was easy and transparent, and that’s exactly why I’ll keep coming back. Big thanks to JP for making it such a positive experience!

I’ll be honest. I’ve never been a fan of dealerships. Too often, the experience feels like a masterclass in upselling: limited transparency, unnecessary add-ons, and just enough pressure to make you question your own decisions. It’s not exactly the environment that inspires confidence. That said ⭐️Achilles Mazda⭐️ completely flipped that narrative for me. From the moment we walked in, my partner and I felt at ease. No pressure, no sales tactics disguised as “help,” just straightforward, honest communication. The space itself is clean and welcoming, and the team made us feel comfortable even when I showed up straight from work at the autobody shop (not exactly showroom-ready). 👉🏽Alex, in particular, stood out. His approach was patient, genuine, and refreshingly non-pushy. At one point, he was so good at what he does that my partner half-jokingly considered a career switch into dealership sales🤭Despite our many questions and even more changes of mind, Alex stayed attentive, flexible, and consistently honest throughout the entire process. To be fair, I didn’t even realize we were getting a red CX-50 until pickup day (partner surprised me)✨I was fully expecting a grey CX-5. That alone says a lot about how often we changed direction, and yet, Alex handled it all with patience and professionalism. Huge credit as well to 👉🏽Lauri Anne for making the delivery seamless. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure we left feeling confident about every feature of the car. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed this was easily the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that actually puts the customer first.

Alex and Tracy in financial services were very helpful and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions. LaurieAnn was incredibly thorough on delivery day, making sure I felt confident, comfortable, and fully set up before driving off in my new vehicle. This is my first Mazda, and I’m already loving it. What a fantastic car buying experience! Low pressure, friendly, and oh so knowledgeable. Sunny got us set up with test driving various models and different financing/leasing plans, to figure out a package that worked for our needs. Absolutely no pressure in any way shape or format, especially as we weren't from around the area and came by the dealership almost by a stroke of providence, we were reassured of being able to be serviced almost anywhere. On pickup day, LaurieAnn was an absolute delight, and showed us all the features like an absolute champ. The paperwork was handled so smoothly and the entire experience was awesome. Love these guys!
