Acme Nissan

Awesome experience from start to finish! I am a return customer to Acme Nissan and our Sales Consultant - Matt Chinery, went so "above & beyond" getting me into my new 2025 Altima. I will miss my 2015 Altima but, it is staying in the family! She has 196,575 miles on her and still runs like the day I picked it up from Acme Nissan! Well done Matt! i can't say this about all companies... but is comforting to know that great "customer service" still lives on there at Acme Nissan.

Im not one to leave reviews, but I have to say, I have purchased 4 vehicles from mutliple Nissan dealerships, and by far I had the best experience working with ADARA at Acme Nissan. The standard of customer service was top notch. From the very beginning, she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle rather than just trying to sell me one. She answered all of my questions with patience, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Adara took the time to explain all of my options clearly and made sure I was comfortable with every step. She was professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. Car shopping can sometimes be stressful, but she made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about her customers, I highly recommend asking for Adara. I am for sure referring my friends and family to her for any vehicle purchases in the future!

The whole team was kind and honest (rare nowadays) to work with, they understood my price constraints and were never pushy.
