I recommend talking with Jason Everett, he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, and made this experience pleasant. I am very happy with my new Buick envision, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from here.

Since the Service Department at Action was so great I went back and bought a new GMC Denali from them. The sales department, Cheryl Reynolds, is great. She sold me the truck of my dreams, made a fair deal, and delivered excellent customer service thru the whole process. I am one highly satisfied customer. Finally a service department that cares about customers. Lynn Johnson was absolutely the best service writer. She listened and made good notes when I dropped off my truck. I was worried about the codes it was throwing. She found some other issues and had them checked as well. The mechanics cleared it up and got me going again. Great dealership.

Had to have my car towed and needed repair so we called Action Buick since that is where we bought the car and was told we can get to it in a couple days. That was 2 weeks ago! They didnt even look at it until it had been there a week and we were told what we already knew, and we would be next in the shop to work on it. A couple days go by I called back and still same your car is next to be brought in. If they had been honest from the get go about how long this would take, we would've called someone else. They have had my car for 2 weeks and I have no clue if they've even started working on it yet. Very frustrating with no way of transportation and having to depend on other people.

I had the best sales person for my vehicle, he tried his best to make sure im taking care of, so this message is out of his hand and not for him but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the way my experience has been ! My vehicle had some issues that they blew off and wouldn't take care of and gave me the run around and sent me other places! They do not have a body shop!!! Just fyi this has went on for a year and warranty is out and extended warranty is a joke
