More than 3 hours of wait time for swapping tires and an oil change. The appointment was taken a month ago for 9 am this morning, finally finished around 12h15 pm. Very bad scheduling...this is totally unacceptable.
Went in to ask for a estimate on a truck, they told me they were going to send it to my business email and they never did. I have repaired my cadillac there and invested almost 8K $ on it and they completely ignored to send me a simple estimate because I'm shopping for a truck. Well you can bet I wont be buying anything or repairing anything there anymore. It's probably because I was in my jogging suit and didn't look formal for them, by the way they looked at me was as if I was not in the financial bracket to buy me a truck. Not knowing I got over 850 credit score and money in my bank account plus starting a business. I'll take my money elsewhere!!!
