I just got a outlander phev from this dealer. Mathieu , he gives a good service. He took his time to explain everythings and make everything in order. Also a special thanks to Patrick (directeur general). He took his time to help me to answer all my questions. I 100% recommend this dealer to anyone. It was a great experience. Once again thanks to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our car. A huge thank you to Alexandra Pearson from the Finance Department. She was amazing and explained everything very clearly. She made the financing process easy to understand and helped our family find the perfect option. We would also like to thank Max, the manager, who took very good care of us throughout the process. He made sure everything went smoothly and that we were comfortable with the entire deal. And a big thank you to our salesman Justin, who was very patient with us during the whole process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt confident with our decision. Overall, the whole team was professional, helpful, and made this a very positive experience for our family. We truly appreciate all their help!

Over the past 2-3 years, we have purchased four cars from four different dealerships. 5* start experience. Unfortunately, the experience we had with the employees at Action Mitsubishi was the worst one. I had been in contact with James Pratt-Ryan for the past month regarding a 2020 Ford Fusion. Upon inspection, the car had more than 10 scratches. When I raised this concern, the General Manager and Mr. Islam (Manager Old Car), dismissively stated, "This one is an old car, what do you expect, a brand new car without scratches?" Initially, they denied any scratches on the car. However, upon my arrival in Montreal from Charlottetown (PEI), James was absent. Instead, Oliver (good guy) attended to me, which was completely unacceptable given that I had driven 1200 km, and the James (salesperson) I had been dealing with was not present. Although James were very supportive even after the deal. Subsequently, Mr. Islam, greeted me with a rude and dismissive attitude. His manner was unacceptable, and he stated, "Take the car or leave it here, the choice is yours." To all prospective customers, I strongly advise against visiting Action Mitsubishi. Islam and the General Manager display a lack of professionalism and understanding of customer behavior. With plenty of other dealers to choose from, I recommend saving yourself the trouble and preserving your mental health by going elsewhere. In the last they offer me $100 dollars to repair the scratches and a touch up pen. I hope Stakeholders take some serious action.

I love this dealership, they take care of me like family, especially the service manager Patrick, he is knowledgeable and maintains the highest standards for his mechanics working on our vehicles. Thank you Patrick and thank you Mitsubishi team you are the best

Picked up my vehicle January 7. They where suppose to fix 3 things before I got it. I got my vehicle and im still waiting for them to fix something. Not fast at all keeping to there word but had no problem taking my money.
