Over promised and under delivered. That app is buggy and often does not work. The dat is different form the desktop software and the mobile app. There are better CRM's out there.

The software and the support team are best I've worked with in any sector. The interface is very easy to work with and customization is well thought out. We have a seasoned staff and this is the only tool they don't complain about (which is very high praise.) And a small call-out to Steve in support! He's the real deal.

At first before you buy, they are all over, great service as soon as you pay. Customer service becomes zero, they are way too pushy and the CRM sucks.

Our team has been using Activix for a little over a year now. The software itself is fantastic; extremely user-friendly and tons of customizations that make my work life easier every single day. Best of all, the team at Activix is HIGHLY responsive and always open to tweaking their software to suit your specific business needs. I reached out this morning to our rep, Ash Sage, with a suggestion and he promptly forwarded it to Steve Vong. Between the two of them it was solved within 90 minutes of my first message. The product is incredible, but the team running the show is the real star!!
