I recently completed a trade-in of two vehicles for two new ones at Acura Centre of Saskatoon, and the entire experience was outstanding. Sales representative Nate was professional, patient, and transparent throughout the whole process. From vehicle selection and test drives to pricing details, everything was clearly explained with no pressure at all. Manager Jackie was also fantastic to work with. The trade-in values offered were fair and reasonable, and the entire transaction was smooth and efficient. There were no surprises or hidden fees—just honest and straightforward service. Trading in two vehicles and driving away with two new ones could have been stressful, but they made it simple and seamless. Acura Centre of Saskatoon has the absolute best sales team in Kurt, Brandon and Jackie. I moved from Ontario to Saskatchewan a few years ago and I had leased a 2024 Acura MDX Elite from another dealership in Ontario. I was unhappy with this lease since 1. I felt that my 2015 Acura MDX Elite trade-in value was significantly undervalued even though I had purchased it brand new and customized from said dealership. 2. After owning the vehicle for less than 23 hours, it was broken into in valet parking at the Hyatt in Kitchener 3. After 2 weeks with the new Acura, the engine light came-on while on a trip to New Jersey and I had to get one of the 3 Catalytic Converter replaced. Needless to say, I have not been happy with this vehicle so I decided since my lease would be expiring May 2027 to speak with a sales agent when I brought it in to switch out my winter tires. Immediately, when I walked in the sales area of the dealership after dropping off my vehicle for service I was met with a warm young man who had the biggest smile I have ever seen. I approached him and asked if he could assist me and he was very accommodating and immediately gave me his undivided attention. Unfortunately, I had an appointment to get to with my grandchildren so we exchanged numbers and agreed that he would do some research for a truck and we would reconnect once I was back at the dealership to pick up my vehicle that was being serviced. Long story short, Kurt’s commitment to detail, active listening skills and genuine concern for assisting me with my needs were evident right from the start so by the time I got back to the dealership 3 hours later, he had found me the perfect truck and was ready to introduce me to the sales manager, Jackie Chen. Jackie immediately came out of his office with a huge smile as his hand stretched out to shake mine. He also had some genuine concern about my current acura and took the time to explain his concern to me. He was emphatic and understanding and he made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer and so I felt assured that I was making the right decision despite it being a fast decision. I live 4 hours from the dealership and Jackie immediately offered me a free service to have my truck delivered directly to me. This was above and beyond what was expected of him and it was deeply appreciated. After that I got introduced to the finance manager, Brandon Koble and let me tell you, he also delivered. This was the dream team of customer service, customer satisfaction, customer focus and appreciation. Brandon has made me feel valued and appreciated every step of the way. If you are in the market for a vehicle and you’re looking for a professional team that values customer satisfaction, look no further than these 3 gentlemen, who treats their customers with respect, professionalism, empathy and will go above and beyond all the time. Thank you Brandon, Jackie and Kurt, my family and I value you all so much and because of that we did not only buy 1 truck, we got a vehicle, Acura AdX for my mom, that was also delivered with my truck. They are now actively looking for a vehicle for my daughter and her young family. These gentlemen never stop working for their clients. They deserve and have earned a 20/10 rating. Shout out to Kyle for making our Integra 2025 brand new again! He managed to solve some miscommunication from service department. They gave us a courtesy car for 1 day because our Integra has a deep scratch when we bought from them. Took us a little while to get it fixed due to scheduling conflicts, And when we brought it to them they immediately took our car. And then when we came back after 1 day we saw our Integra looking immaculate! Best dealership and service in my experience thank you Kyle!

Sean was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to find a deal that worked for us and never made us feel pressured.
