Tracy, was a real pleasure to work with. This is the first time we’ve used Acura Columbus. We were looking for a very specific car. They gave us a great price and more importantly they did a fantastic detail on the car, fixing a few small things here in there to make it look brand new. although we didn’t buy an Acura, they also sell a lot of Hondas, probably because it’s there sister car manufacturer. We got a 2024 Honda HRV. Sometimes you have to drive a little ways to find the right person, but we found that in Tracy. Thanks again for your professionalism and your attention to detail. I have been a loyal customer of Acura Columbus since I moved to Ohio! It seemed only right that I would purchase my vehicle with them when I was ready to upgrade my RDX to a new one. Andrew (Andy :) ) was great and patient with me as I looked at different vehicles but ultimately decided to stick with what I loved and bought a new 2026 RDX. There was no pressure and he answered all my questions and helped me come to the best decision for me. And Ryan was super helpful with the financing and processing of the deal and helping me feel comfortable and reach the payment that was right for me. My boyfriend and I traveled from Cincinnati so that I could check out and then buy a certified used RDX I had seen on the website. What a great experience! Leul Mulualem was a pleasure to deal with. He was very personable and provided easily understood answers to all of our questions. There was never any pressure throughout the purchasing experience and I feel that I got a great deal! The amount of time it took to complete the transaction was quite lengthy (through no one's fault) and Leul kept us informed throughout the process. Jon Gray, the business manager was great to work with as well. It was necessary to take the vehicle back to the dealership for some additional attention and Leul and the service department team were great in coordinating the whole process. They responded promptly when I called or texted to confirm or ask questions. I'm so glad I made the trip to Acura Columbus!
