# Summary The dealership receives consistently positive feedback regarding sales staff professionalism and service department efficiency, with customers praising quick turnaround times and courteous interactions. However, one customer reported significant concerns about vehicle presentation standards, facility conditions during renovations, and lack of follow-up communication that ultimately led them to purchase elsewhere.
I very much enjoyed my buying experience from Acura Gabriel when I bought a 2023 Integra in December of 2022. Ihab, my salesman, was great to work with from beginning to end. The car has been great since the day I picked it up. Since buying the car I have gotten all my service done at the dealer, which has been very smooth and easy, the customer service has been great so far. Very happy with my experience.
My MDX would not start due to bad battery bought one year ago at other dealer. Had car towed to Acura West Island without prior appointment and they had it all resolved within two days. Very happy with the service and will definitely be back for future service requirements. Thank you so much for quick turnaround.
Absolutely terrible experience. We were in the market for a 2023–2024 Acura MDX and found a reasonably priced vehicle on AutoTrader. I initially reached out to the dealership on a Saturday and was quickly contacted by a sales representative. He immediately pushed for a visit on Monday, but as a family with kids living on the north shore, weekdays are difficult. I asked to book a test drive for the following Saturday instead. He declined to secure the appointment, stating the vehicle might sell in the meantime which I understand. However, a simple courtesy would have been to book the appointment and notify me if the vehicle sold. That didn’t happen. By Wednesday, the 2023 model had indeed sold. However, a 2024 MDX was available. I reiterated my serious intent to purchase and finally secured a confirmed test drive for Saturday. That’s when things really went downhill. Upon arrival, the dealership was under renovation which is understandable but the environment was dirty, dusty, and far from welcoming. What was most disappointing is that no one gave us a heads-up beforehand. A simple warning would have gone a long way in setting expectations. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the vehicle itself. For a luxury SUV that retails close to $78,000 (over $90,000 after taxes), the car was presented in an unacceptable state. It had clearly not been washed in quite some time — mud covered the exterior. The interior was worse: visible stains on the leather, marks on the headliner, and even garbage left between the seats when we adjusted the rear rows. It genuinely felt like the vehicle had been recently used with no effort made to prepare it for potential buyers. When I raised this concern, he explained it was a demo vehicle currently being used by someone at the dealership. That may be true, but it does not excuse presenting a luxury vehicle in such poor condition, especially to first-time Acura buyers expecting a premium experience. Despite all this, we kept an open mind because we genuinely liked the vehicle. We discussed pricing and asked to be contacted by the financing team the following Monday (today April 13, 2026) between 4-5pm to move forward. No call. No email. No follow-up whatsoever. In the end, we’re actually relieved things didn’t progress. That same day, we visited Acura de Laval and received the level of service you would expect from a luxury dealership. We ended up purchasing our vehicle there. This experience was disappointing from start to finish. Poor communication, lack of preparation, and a complete absence of customer care.
The receptionist(Pia) was extremely welcoming and helpful, made the process of booking my appointment to drop my car off and get a courtesy car super easy, and the service dept staff were knowledgeable.
Fouad was respectful and courteous Recommend seeing him as he gives you the best deal possible comparing to other dealership.
