I had an incredible experience at Acura of Auburn! Don and Keith were both so helpful in guiding my husband and me toward our dream car. We chose the MDX, and we couldn’t be happier—it is incredibly spacious and luxurious. The customer service here is truly top-tier. They took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted without making us feel rushed. What impressed us most was how seamless the process was; they handled the plate transfer, insurance, and inspection all at once. Even though we came in on a busy Saturday, we had our car ready to go by Tuesday (and it would have been even sooner if we’d had our documents ready!). I can’t thank them enough. If you visit, please ask for Don and Keith. We are so happy to be part of the Acura family!
