This service is special in this place ,they messed up my paint on car. Strongly telling me that car came like this , and of course they worked on this panel, that day,definitely was not there before dropping off That technician was super not gently with my car and have proof of that Go through my car searching who knows for what? laying on the door The manager so sure that was not him , even when I told him I have proof of that , I ask him ,from when you use someone Dashboard for tool bench and why the guy go through my stuff in the car ,and show to me video of workspace when him was work on my car Manager most of time stay silent Bring car for paint correction,but not all came off , ask for window trim replacement.but was only told (only that much can do for me ) only paying for paint correction Highly not recommended

Went because I had just purchased an Acura from another dealer and I noticed a small oil leak. I brought it to Acura of Avon and Joanna was very helpful. I was in and out, and they helped me with the issue. I am very pleased. They were friendly and communicated with me while I was there. The process was seamless. Glad I chose this dealership for service. I will continue to go here and recommend everyone else here. Joanna deserves a raise.
