Acura of Berlin

Review of service department. Easy to make reservation for service online. They called to confirm the issue I was having with the car. Was able to reserve a loan car for the day as well. Drop off was easy and efficient. Loan car was clean and a nice way to try out an RDX. Acura texted to keep me updated on what was happening. Easy pickup and checkout. Will be using again.

My experience at Acura of Berlin was fantastic. Kevin was great and easy to deal with. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He was never pushy, which I really appreciated. He took the time to answer all my questions and even helped me set up the app and my memory seat before I drove off. When it came time to finalize the deal, Amanda in the finance department was exceptional. She was efficient and professional, ensuring all the paperwork was handled correctly while explaining everything clearly. We also enjoyed great conversation and plenty of laughs. She even took a selfie with me before I left. Apparently, she typically works at another dealership full-time and only works at the Berlin location on Wednesdays so if you're buying a car here do it on a Wednesday. She’s a real shining light and they’re lucky to have her.

I don’t usually respond to any satisfaction surveys but this time around I am. My experience with Acura of Berlin was flawless! From the first appointment to receiving my Acura MDX, everyone was very nice and made the buying experience very easy! If anyone is looking for an Acura they should go to Acura of Berlin in CT!
