He greeted me outside, walked me through everything, and made the process smooth from start to finish. What stood out most was the attention to detail. While I worked through financing terms with my lender, Philip made sure the car was detailed again, the gas tank was full, the registration was placed in the window, and the temporary plates were installed before I drove off. None of those things had to be done, but those small details made a huge difference. After previous experiences with dealerships selling vehicles with warning lights, sensors, or giving bare minimum service, Acura of Concord genuinely exceeded my expectations. They didn’t pressure me into another vehicle, they fought to make the deal work for the car I actually wanted, and they followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. Purchased our Acura Integra Type S from here. The sales process was easy and we were happy with the deal we got. The staff were friendly, not pushy and made us feel secure in our decision. They were accommodating and provided drinks/ snacks while we waited. Though, the showroom leaves a lot to be desired.. it was small and a bit cramped. Overall, I would buy from this dealership again and recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury brand car.
