Acura of Glendale

Great experience here! I didn’t buy my truck at this dealership, but I’ve been there twice for parts and have also called with questions and quotes. Every time, they’ve been excellent—very helpful, patient, and clear. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was ordering the correct parts. Even though I’m not one of their original customers, they still treated me with great customer service and answered all my questions without hesitation. Highly recommend Acura of Glendale for their professionalism and willingness to help.

Bought my new Integra type S at Acura of Glendale. Daniel was a very good sales associate and not pushy, I greatly appreciated the patience and not being so pushy like the other dealers. A few issues occurred: 1) I was told that the polymer coating could be applied the Monday following my purchase and it wasn’t able to be scheduled for several weeks. 2) I purchased a spare tire through the dealership, apparently it doesn’t exist as a product so I had to get that refunded. 3) 3 days after I purchased the car the front right tire exploded out of the sidewall randomly. I called the dealership and the salesperson told me that normally they don’t cover tires but since it exploded and was so new they would make an exception and replace it. Unfortunately when I brought my car in for the polymer coating the manager and service staff did not honor their word. When I deal with businesses that say one thing and do something else it causes me to be highly concerned about trusting them. It sucks having such a great experience and then having it end less than satisfactory, will update if the dealer chooses to honor their word.

After my car was totaled by a drunk driver, I went to the Acura dealership in Glendale the very same day feeling overwhelmed, sad, but hopeful that someone could help me get approved for a car I had always wanted. I arrived about 30 minutes before the dealership opened, and the staff was incredibly welcoming, allowing me to look around at the vehicles on display. Albert walked in shortly after, and I’m truly grateful that he was the one who helped me. He was honest, patient, and genuinely caring—nothing like the stereotypical car salesperson. He never tried to pressure me or push something I didn’t want. Instead, he listened carefully and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Albert went above and beyond by even driving me home while I waited to pick up my car later that day. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Acura Glendale was helpful, understanding, and extremely patient. Since I was by myself and a bit nervous, they made me feel completely comfortable and confident, and I never hesitated to go back and ask questions. I would highly recommend Acura Glendale to anyone looking to purchase a car—especially an Acura. I’ve never had such a positive, stress-free experience buying a vehicle. We just purchased a car from Karine at Acura of Glendale & had such a great experience. The process was easy, transparent & quick!!! My kids didn’t even get a chance to complain it was taking too long. In and out. Everyone was so pleasant. Dwight came out to thank us for the business as we were leaving finance.
