We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Clayton at Acura of Springfield! This was by far the easiest and most straightforward new car buying experience we’ve ever had. We drove 2 hours from out of state, and Clayton made it completely worth it. He was responsive, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. When we arrived, everything was ready to go exactly as discussed. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Clayton took so much time going through all of the vehicle settings and features with me and made sure everything was customized to my preferences before we left. He never made us feel rushed and genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and excited about the car. We would 100% make the drive again to work with Clayton and Acura of Springfield the next time we need a new vehicle. Highly recommend!

By far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had I traded in my 2019 BMW M sport which had 93,000 miles on there for the new Acura ADX a spec. They got me an awesome deal. They ate up all my negative equity and gave me a deal that we both were happy with, my sales rep was Nate. He’s a super cool guy and very knowledgeable. The general manager was awesome.
