My experience with Acura of Valley Stream was phenomenal. I worked with Ahmed and Blake who were both extremely professional understood my needs and what I was looking for. I had a really difficult financial situation with a car I was currently leasing however Ahmed and Blake made it happen got me out of that car and into the exact car I wanted. I didn’t think it was possible but Ahmed assured me the entire time that they would make it work and they did. They were both detail oriented, honest, never pushy and completely transparent! How many dealerships can you say that about? Not many. They really made you feel like family and I couldn’t be happier! I absolutely love my new car. They are great people they give you a great experience and I highly highly recommend! Thank you both so much!

A few months ago my husband and I were eager to buy a new vehicle so much so we went to another dealership to make the purchase. Upon arrival the first few minutes of that interaction were degrading. The salesperson whom I encountered looked me up and down and decided to treat me based on her biased perception of me deciding on her own that I would waste her time and having no interest in purchasing a car. She looked at me and said “Can I help you” with the most uninterested tone and I knew in that moment I would not buy from that establishment. However, when I stepped a foot inside the Acura of Valley Stream, the salesperson who approached me named Anwarul made my husband and I feel as valued customers. From the beginning of our interaction he offered the best customer service from tea, coffee and a genuine smile eager to listen to our vehicle needs for our family. He truly made the entire experience from beginning to end a unique one. I would require this dealership and its services, they truly know how to treat a customer and take care of their needs.
