I had a very satisfying customer service experience with Acura of Wappingers. My mint condition 2017 Acura RDX which I purchased at Acura of Wappingers had a timing belt hydrolic tensioner go bad after 2700 miles and a year. The tensioner should have been replaced with the timing belt replacement and wasn’t. Instead of running away from me and doing nothing, Acura of Wappingers worked out a great solution and plan that was extremely great for me. Adam Patane, Cody Tucker, Joe Anzovino and Dan Flores all met and discussed with me and they were totally conscientious to: me the customer, my point of view on the facts and doing what’s right.
