I just had the opportunity to take my father-in_laws Acura in for it's scheduled maintenance. The vehicle had been in a garage for the past couple of months so it also needed a good detailing. The service staff (Daniel) at Acura were very polite and also took the vehicle over to Buffers for detailing after the maintenance was completed. We have dealt with Acura West for about 20 years and have always been impressed with Paul and the sales team. I recently had an unexpected issue with my 2022 RDX that became difficult to diagnose. After weeks of back and forth with Acura West and Acura Canada, Marco in the Parts department took on the file. Marco was exceptional to deal with and went above any service dealings I have had with any other dealership. He kept me updated daily with what was going on, helped get me in a vehicle while mine was in for service and there were no surprises for me at the end of this. Great experience with the service department. During a recent servicing of my TLX, a mistake was made which caused a leak. Service department took full responsibility, and even explained why it may have happened. I was given a loaner the same day, and when parts were on back-order, I was kept updated and remained in the loaner. Communication, transparency, and accountability was all top-notch.
