I had a great experience at Adam’s GMC. The entire team made the process smooth and professional from start to finish. Paul Todd was great to work with during the sales process—very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. I also want to recognize Ricky in the service department for being helpful and professional. It really shows when a dealership’s service team supports customers just as well as the sales team. I never thought owning a new car would make me feel as good as it does. I’ve never owned a Buick until now and had no clue what I was missing out on. It literally is one of the nicest cars I’ve ever been in or owned. PAUL TODD made it happen!!! He was caring, took time to explain things (even showing us numerous features in the car as well as helping to set up said features) and was completely honest and upfront. It was an easy and quick process from test drive to document signing. All staff were so polite and caring. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality cars and helpful people to stop in there ASAP.

Ricky Middleton is definitely a go to at Adams gmc. Took my truck to 4 different locations everyone seemed to not want to hear me out on what it was doing this guy went out of his way to drive my truck and even ride with me after he drove it and seen it was nothing but normal noise and addressed any questions I had with it man went above and beyond to help me out 100% recommend him

The King ( Jay ) will differently do his job. Second time purchasing with GMC and Jay our first car the white got totaled called my man he got us in another one blessed is not the word Jay and the entire staff are the BOMB they even stay sending you emails.

Great dealer! Jay and Rick were outstanding! Jay was super responsive and communicated great! Everything was ready for us and we were in and out in less than an hour with a test drive. Honest deal with no hidden costs or dealer games. Because of this i will be back again!
