Hayden (salesman) and the Adam’s Chevrolet were AMAZING! My company is based in Vancouver, BC and I trusted them to make sure the vehicle I purchased (2016 Ford transit) was a worthy investment. Hayden made videos showing the vehicle in its honest condition. He was open, upfront, and extremely detailed in making sure I felt comfortable flying out to purchase it and driving it home! When I arrived he was welcoming and very helpful. He assisted me in all insurance and transit related situations. I then had a long journey back to Vancouver. The van drove FLAWLESSLY. It also easily passed the out of province inspection the next day. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership and Hayden!

Jill did a fantastic job working with me on financing my new truck! My fiancés 2024 Chevy duramax diesel truck transmission went twice in a row, first transmission was replaced at 10,000 km and now a second time at 50,000 kms on extended warranty and service was horrible they won’t offer him a loaner vehicle even after multiple tries they keep telling him it’s up to him to figure it out even though this falls under his trucks warranty. What was 7 days to fix is now 30 days and The head office of GM told him there’s nothing they can do for now. I can’t understand why he can’t pick up a loaner vehicle from another Gm sales dealership if there’s no available loaner vehicles at Ponoka Adams Chevrolet Buick GMC. I give their customer service a poor rating because of this. We are very disappointed.
