Huge thank you to Todd and Amanda for their thoughtfulness and terrific service. We were out of townders with a Jeep we tow behind our RV. Fault code and no 4WD meaning no flat tow. They saw us immediately, diagnosed our Jeep and ordered the part. Installed two days later and back on the road without a hiccup. They even let us bring out 6mos old puppy into the waiting area. Can't get better service than that. They are also wonderful people. Heartfelt thank you to Todd and Amanda and this terrific facility.

My experience was great, I was directed to a very helpful salesperson. I told him what I was looking for and he set up the vehicle for me to test drive. After the drive, we discussed purchase. I told him I would think about it and advise him in a few days. I called requested a different monthly payment amount for a deal. They agreed with my request and I purchased it! No pressure or issues. It really was a great experience!

I just purchased my second Jeep Wrangler (3rd Jeep ) from Adirondack Auto. This was such a positive experience! From ordering my Jeep, as I wanted a standard transmission, to today when I picked it up, it was a smooth process. Courtney was my salesperson. Courtney took the time needed, without me feeling rushed, to make sure that what I wanted on my Jeep Wrangler was obtained. I never felt rushed, or pressured to get something that I didn't want. Today when I went in to see the finance guy, Chris, it was the same experience, not being rushed or pressured. Courtney spent time with me today going through my Jeep and was there to answer any questions. From setting up my phone to all the little details, Courtney had it handled. When I left the dealership in my new Jeep, it felt comfortable. I've been dealing with Adirondack Auto for 10 plus years now and today's experience exceeded all of my others. My previous experiences with car buying were all good, this exceeded those. From being greeted by George and chatting about my Jeep to the service team (shout-out to Denise!) and everyone in between, this was the best experience in car buying I have ever had.
