Horrible experience, treated like a red headed step child, disrespectful, don't go for recall repair, they were oblivious to my plight, nothing resolved, very disappointed and wasted a quarter tant of gas, ...

Passing through on a short vacation when my truck (pulling a 5th Wheel camper) blew a transmission line. We we able to limp into Bredemann Ford but it was a Sunday and they were closed. We stayed overnight in their parking lot and waited for their service department to open the next morning. The next morning when they opened at 6 a.m., my wife and I spoke with Mike Reyes, the Fleet Manager, and even though they had a busy schedule Mike got our truck in. Robert "Sheldon" their diesel tech diagnosed the issue, got the parts and repaired our truck. We lost a day on our vacation, but as you can see in the picture, they got us to the campground. The service manager Mike is attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. During my early morning service call, he guided me to the showroom where I could view the current models, and sales consultant John handed off to me the glossies for the "Transit Connect" and the "C-Max". The work I have elected to have done allows for me to use a loaner, so the C-Max is available for driving until the work is done and for now has taken a spot in the garage.
