What a beautiful trailer, especially for the price!!! I had been looking for an equipment trailer for months. Most trailers businesses had in stock didn't have the width and features I needed, or if they did, it was way more trailer than I needed. The trailers I found that fit my width and length requirements were, at minimum, $2000 more before buying any add ons. I stumbled across Advanced Trailers on Facebook and messaged them, and I learned that they custom build trailers. They were very easy to work with. Robert, the gentleman who builds the trailers, is incredibly knowledgeable about trailers, and if you tell him what you need, you'll get exactly that. He fielded numerous questions and talked me out features I didn't need that would have added cost to the trailer. The lady and gentleman I worked with on financing and paperwork were incredibly kind and helpful, which is a rare combination to find nowadays. All and all, what a wonderful experience. This place is amazing Chet was very reasonable and very patient with the million changes I made with my purchase. answered every single question I had always great with communication whether it was calling or texting. This dealership was amazing on prices for trailers even the used ones and extremely well built an locally manufactured. They will try helping you out as much as they possibly can to get you what you want financing wise they also build trailers to personal spec. if your looking to support a small business this is the place to go. They was even willing to stay over just so I can pick my trailer up. There isn't enough stars on google to give. They will forever have my business

My father purchased a truck from this dealer and paid $15,000. No loan needed. We've called several times, even stopped at the dealership three tumes, and it's an hour drive from home. Always the same song and dance, the title will be mailed. Tomorrow. Well the temporary tags have now run out and they can't drive the truck. Still waiting for that title. There must be a problem between the postal service between Ohio and Pennsylvania. I gave 1 star because there wasn't a half star. By the way, the check engine light still comes on even though it's been checked by them twice. I wouldn't buy a vehicle here.

I would not make another purchase from this dealership. The dealer took our money and then tried to raise the price thousands of dollars. After renegotiating terms of sale the dealer then tried to get us to sing that the car had less miles than it actually did; because we where purchasing a warranty with the vehicle he tried to say this would give us extra. After we received the vehicle more work needed to be done on it before it would pass inspection. After all of this the dealer has failed to produce a title for the vehicle for registration to happen in a timely manner. We have had the dealer give different stories to us, our creditor Credit Acceptance, and the AAA office. Like another reviewer we have had to seek legal council, use the BBB, and the OH Attorney General to resolve the dispute as the dealer continues to not communicate or provide due services. We purchased our vehicle early October and have not received a title even though it is late November.

I bought a vehicle there, it had a couple of issues. The problems were taken care. I am very pleased with the way things were handled. I will certainly go back there again when I am ready to make another purchase😂
